3 Things You Control

What you think about yourself and food will determine how you feel, and consequently what actions you take.

Becoming aware of emotions and habits is usually one of the first steps when I work with my life coaching for weight loss and reversing diabetes clients. Once we learn about why we eat when we eat and what we eat, we can then make decisions about how we want to show up differently in our lives.

It all starts with our thoughts.
